Navigate to and Edit Text or Image Variables
- Report settings are located within a report. Select a report to begin.
- Select the settings icon in the upper right-hand corner next to your user profile image.
- The Variables tab is selected by default. You can select the Edit icon to edit any variable in the report.
- Change the Name and/or Value and click "Save"
Add a New Text or Image Variable
- To add a new variable, click New Variable.
- Type a “Variable Name” in the Variable Name field.
- Select Text or Image from the variable type menu.
- Note: If you are selecting an image, you will be prompted to upload an image from your computer. If you select Text, you will enter in a text value.
- Click "Save" when ready.
Delete a Variable in Settings
- To delete a variable, click the delete icon for the entity variable.
- Click "Yes" to confirm.

Q: When do I need to update Report Variables?
A: You only need to access or change these variables when you want to update something across the entire report—for example, changing the logo in one place and having it update everywhere automatically.
Note: The period will update automatically when you change the reporting period/cycle.
