Carry Notes Forward

You can now carry forward notes from the prior year's default budget for a fund by selecting the Notes checkbox on the Create Budget screen.

Add a Note to a Category, Line Item, or Sub-Line Item in the default budget.  

To carry those notes forward, on the Create Budget screen, select the Notes checkbox.

Those notes will be displayed within the Notes section on the same Category, Line Items, and Sub-Line Items.

Request Manager Export Updates

ClearGov has updated the Request Manager export functionality to include subheaders based on Finalized Scenarios. These subheaders represent the key information to classify the Financial Information values you see in the table (Requested vs Finalized Scenario). However, this was not included in the export of the Request Manager to Excel. Now, these subheaders will be indicated in the export as displayed below.
