Round Values on Import
You now have control over whether values being imported from Personnel Budgeting or Capital Budgeting are rounded before they’re inserted into the Operational Budget.
From the Import Preview screen, there is now a checkbox that says Round Up to Whole Dollar. If this is checked on, the values in the preview screen will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. This means that if the value is $23.02 and you choose to round up, then it will round up to $24.00. If the value is $23.55 and you choose to round up, then it will round up to $24.00. After selecting the Round Up to Whole Dollar setting and choosing to Import Sub-Line Items, the sub-lines will be created within the operational budget with the rounded, whole dollar statistic.

Request Groups
ClearGov has updated Capital Budgeting to allow for grouping Capital Requests by custom groups. Simply, add the Request Groups panel to any form using the Add Form Panel button in the Form Editor and choosing Request Groups. This is a Multi-Select Dropdown panel that is edited and maintained in the same way.
What’s the best part, you ask? These changes are automatically maintained across all Forms! In other words, adding a choice or updating a name in the “Vehicles and Equipment” Form will be seen across all Forms. You can even remove the panel and add it back to any form and the current state will be maintained. This will allow any Editor to set up core groups to effectively categorize Capital Requests in a completely customizable way. You can see these selections on each Capital Request via the Request Groups column in the Request Manager, Scenarios, and Report Builder.
Here is a quick example of editing the Request Groups on a Capital Request:
Here is how it will then display in Request Manager:

Department Page Contributors Update
Budget book editors can now add multiple contributors to the same department pages. Also, the same user can be assigned to multiple department pages within the same budget book.
From the Contributors tab of the Budget Book, when editors choose to Add Contributor, they can select as many departments as needed from a department tree that matches the structure of the department's section in the budget book.
When the Contributor logs in to the budget book they will see a department navigation tree on the left side.
If changes are made by one user while multiple users are editing the same page a notification will be displayed on the other users' screens notifying them that changes have been made to this page. To see the most up-to-date changes, users should click out of the current panel they are editing to trigger a save and then refresh their browser.
It is best practice to refresh once you have received the notification. While it is not required that users refresh each time they see this notification, if two users were editing the same panel at the same time, the application will save each time those users complete their updates, which could lead to confusion among staff.
