Your ClearForms Form is up and running, and you’ve collected some completed submissions.
Now what?
Evaluate your current Workflow’s performance
You might want to consider the following questions:
- Is my Form efficient and effective?
- How could I improve my Form?
- Are users able to complete the entire Submission?
- Are the Submissions collecting the information that I need?
- Are users engaging with the Discussion feature? Could you connect more with the Applicants?

Level Up your Form
Below are just a few recommendations to really make your form do all you want it to do.
Additional Applicant/Admin Instructions
Add more Applicant/Admin Instructions, especially outlining how to use the Discussion feature if it is under-utilized. The Applicant/Admin Instructions should outline exactly how you want the applicant to complete the Workflow and how you want the Admin to Review it. You can add Applicant/Admin Instructions to any Step.
Add FAQ’s and Configure a Support Team
Include a Frequently Asked Questions landing page for your Form! This will appear on the Applicant Start Page when they begin a new submission.

Include Logic or Conditionals
Would adding logic and conditionals elevate your Form? Logic and conditionals can aid an applicant in filling out exactly what is needed for them to complete a submission.
Pro Tip: Be sure to set or review the Assignees.

Connect with your Applicants
Consider including collect/record information fields that collect information you can use as Call-outs.
ClearForms will save those field responses as Call-outs. Level up emails and admin/applicant instructions by including @ call-outs. Simply type the @ icon and select the field you want to pull from. For example, if you type @ launcher_name it will tag the user who launched the Submission. You can also pull from specific fields and sections in your Form.

Organize your Workspace
Consider adding an Identifier Field to quickly search submissions on the Form Submission Tab.

Custom Output
Configure Custom Output settings to generate a Summary Document at the end of a completed submission.
