Reporting and Exporting in ClearForms
Exporting Form Submissions
Navigate to the Form Submission Tab to view and export any Submissions associated with your forms.
- Filter your Form Submissions Tab.
- Multi-select the Submissions you need to export.
- Select Export to export those Form Submissions.
Pro Tip: Set your filters to filter all submissions and select Export to download all matching submissions. No need to multi-select in this case.
Note: Scroll down on your Form Submissions Tab to load more Submissions to export.
Exporting a Form
Export on a per-form basis from inside the Form. This will export all submissions from that specific Form.
- Navigate to a specific Form.
- Select the Actions Tab.
- Select Export.
- Choose to Include all Submission data and optionally include survey data if there is a Survey Step.
Form Outputs Tab
ClearForms allows admin users to configure many aspects of the Default Output (the Summary Document) which is the record or receipt of a completed submission.
- Navigate to the Form Outputs Tab in the top navigation bar of ClearForms.
- In the Form Outputs tab you can filter and sort to quickly retrieve the summary documents of all submissions.

Exports Tab
Navigate to the Exports Tab to view and download any requested Exports. Select Download to download the file.
