Exporting Form Submissions
Navigate to the Form Submission tab to view and export any Submissions associated with your forms.
- Filter your Form Submissions tab.

Multi-select the Submissions you need to export.
- Note: Scroll down on your Form Submissions Tab to load more Submissions to export.
- Select Export to export those Form Submissions.
Pro Tip: Set your filters to filter all submissions and select Export to download all matching submissions. No need to multi-select in this case.
Exporting a Form
Export on a per form basis from inside the Form. This will export all submissions from that specific Form.
- Navigate to a specific Form
- Select the Actions Tab.
- Select Export.
- Choose to Include all Submission data and optionally include survey data if there is a Survey Step.
Pro Tip: You can completely export all Submissions for a Form from the Form Submission tab as well. Set your filters to filter all submissions to a single Form and select Export to download all matching submissions for that Form.
Form Outputs Tab
Admin users can configure many aspects of the default Output (the Summary Document) which is the record or receipt of a completed submission.
- Navigate to the Form Outputs Tab in the top navigation bar.
- In the Form Outputs tab you can filter and sort to quickly retrieve the summary documents of all submissions.

Exports Manager Tab
Navigate to the Exports Manager tab to view and download any previously requested Exports, and configure bulk form exports.
Bulk Form Exports
Utilize Bulk Form Exports to create export templates containing multiple forms. Create a bulk form export by following these steps:
- Select + Create new Bulk Form Export.
- Give your new bulk form export a name.
- Select the Schedule Export toggle to automatically generate this bulk form export each month on the day specified. This step is optional.
- Select the Limit Export by Months Prior toggle to restrict the export to only include submissions that were launched or completed within the past specified number of months. This step is optional, but using this and the above toggle ensures that the export contains only relevant monthly updates.
- Select the Include Legacy Fields toggle to include legacy data from deleted form fields. This step is optional.

Search for the form(s) you want to include in your bulk form export, or select them from the list.
- First, select the form in the column on the left, then select the arrow icon to move it to the column on the right.
- Select Save.
Once your bulk form export has been created, select Run Export and you will be emailed when your export completes.
Exports
View and download all previously requested exports in the Exports tab.
Select Download to download the file to your computer.
