The Financials Tab in Capital Project Tracking is your home for managing and maintaining Financial information for all Projects. Financial data entered into the Financials Tab will be visible on each Project and on the Capital Project Tracking Dashboard.
The Financials Tab table contains a list of your projects where you can review:
- Each project’s associated Project Account ID.
- Historical columns to display historical expenses budgeted and spent on each project.
- A budgeted column(s) for the year(s) corresponding with the Capital Project Tracker and a Future column.
