Capital Project Tracking - Audit Trail
Capital Project Tracking includes an Audit Trail that provides a chronological record of key activity within a tracker. Previously, there was no centralized way to review changes to collaborators, tracker settings, or project types.
The Audit Trail shows what changed, who made the change, and when it occurred, making it easier to review past activity and support internal audit and compliance needs. Records can also be filtered by date or action type and exported for additional review or record-keeping.
Navigate the Audit Trail
- Open Capital Project Tracking and select a capital project from the list.
- Navigate to the Audit Trail tab.
- Review recorded activity, including the user, action, details, and timestamp.
Note: Activity logged in the Audit Trail includes changes to collaborators, tracker settings, and project types.
Filter and Export Activity
Filter activity by date range or action type, such as "Create," "Update," or "Delete," as needed.
Select Export to download the Audit Trail for offline review or record-keeping.
Note: Exported records reflect the filters currently applied to the Audit Trail view.
