The Project Summary Pages allow teams to track progress, make timely adjustments to timelines and budgets, and maintain transparency with stakeholders. This helps drive better decisions and efficient project management.
Each project listed in the Project Manager Tab of the Capital Project Tracker has a dedicated project summary page, which can be accessed by selecting the project’s name.
The Project Summary Page displays key information, including the Start and End Dates, Project Number, Project Type, and Project Manager.
Note: The Project Manager listed is the individual responsible for overseeing its execution. The name and contact information for the Project Manager will also be visible on the public-facing site for external sharing.
The summary section is organized into selectable tabs, Summary, and Budget, which provide different views of the project details.
The Project Budget Page can be accessed by selecting the budget sub tab. This page offers a visual comparison of actual spending and budgeted figures, alongside the current project status.
