When do Emails Send?
All emails are sent as soon as a request is submitted or a comment is added to a submitted request.
Who Receives Emails?
- Editors will receive email whenever a request is submitted to them.
- Note: Comments made on un-submitted requests will become available to editors after the contributor submits the request.
- All Request Owners will receive an email when a comment is left. Request Owners are typically the user who creates a request, but the Request Owner can be changed by Editors.
