The video below will take you through starting a new capital request as a Contributor, and filling out required fields, adding costs and funding sources, mapping project locations, and managing request statuses.
Note: Only Contributors can create new capital requests. Editors must add themselves as Contributors to do so.
Pro Tip: When filling out financial sections (Capital Costs, Funding Sources, etc.) of a Capital Request form, you can tab through the table between the fiscal years to speed up your data entry.
