While there are many flexible options for setup, one solution would be to create an Additional Pay with dropdown choices for jobs with the extra pay.
Ex. Band Director is an additional 15,000 a year, and Associate Band Director is an additional 10,000 a year, no matter what tenure step the employee is on.
