After a Journal Entry is posted, the changes from the journal entry will impact your Financial Data for the Account ID and version(s) selected.
Due to the changes in your Financial Data, any Revenues and Expenditures that are impacted will be updated in the following locations:
- Financial Tool
- Operational Budgeting
- Transparency
- Statement Builder
- Digital Financial Reporting(ACFR and AFR)
- Dynamic Figure Tool
- Digital Budget Book on ClearDocs
Whereas, any Assets, Liabilities, and Equity accounts will be updated in the following locations:
- Financial Tool
- Statement Builder
- Digital Financial Reporting(ACFR and AFR)
- Dynamic Figure Tool
- Digital Budget Book on ClearDocs
