After a journal entry is posted and the values are updated in the Financial Tool, the related historical revenue and expenditures to the journal entry will be updated in your operational budget(s) actual version.
Note: When a data team member uploaded your digital financial reporting data, they may have created a unique version of your actuals to easily identify those values. Since this is a distinct version, the editor(s) of the operational budget can control whether this actual version displays in the worksheet.
