Since journal entries post into your financial tool, that means your reporting within documents will display the results of the posted journal entries.
- Transparency - Expenditures and Revenue would be updated in your Transparency center.
- Digital Financial Reporting - Dynamic Figures will be updated to reflect the new values for the Account IDs selected. All Account Types could be impacted, including Assets, Liabilities, and Equity accounts.
- Digital Budget Book - The Account values will be updated for the specific version(s) selected. Note: Any Dynamic Figures involving those Accounts will be updated as well. Pro Tip: Clone and lock your budget book to prevent values from automatically updating. Note: When a data team member uploaded your digital financial reporting data, they may have created a unique version of your actuals to easily identify those values. Since this is a distinct version, the editor(s) of the budget book can control whether this actual version displays in the worksheet.
