In the bottom left-hand corner of the Worksheet is a toggle to Show Chart/Metrics. If needed, you can select rows under Description to calculate the Chart/Metrics for a specific subset of data. When no specific data is selected, the Chart/Metrics calculate for all accounts in the Worksheet.
Note for Contributors: If all accounts are submitted, the Chart/Metrics will calculate for all accounts in the Worksheet and specific data is not able to be selected.
When Chart is selected, you will see a bar chart based on the Versions of data you currently have displayed in your Worksheet.
You can hover over a bar to see the totals of each version and a calculation of a surplus or deficit for the data selected originally.
When the Metrics option is selected, you will see five different metrics for Fund Balances including:
- Ending Fund Balance from two Fiscal Years ago (Grey/White Box)
- Projected Fund Surplus and Projected Fund Balance of the current Fiscal Year (Purple Boxes)
- Projected Fund Surplus and Projected Fund Balance of the Fiscal Year you are budgeting for (Yellow Boxes)
Note for Editors: If you toggled off the permission for See Fund Balances Details for your Contributors and Reviewers, they will still be able to see these metrics.
Note: Metrics can only display information based on the Fund Level table groupings in the worksheet. Selecting specific accounts or itemizations will cause this message to appear.
