Use this article after: being assigned accounts in the Operational Budget (Contributors and Reviewers) or you begin preparing for a request round (Editors).

The Account Form View offers a sheet of paper-focused look and feel for a given account or itemization. This will allow you to cycle through your assigned accounts one at a time.
Select the Account Description name of an account on the worksheet to open the Account Form View workflow to individually display each account.
On the General Info & Funding Details tab, review the account information and edit the Cost Type, add Notes and make edits to the Projected and In Progress columns.
Within Account Detail, you can manage the columns you see by selecting the Column button and view the history of changes by selecting the More Actions button (three dots).
Note: Notes will also be displayed on the Worksheet in the Additional Information section and are pubic facing. You can also view requested values for accounts and itemizations in the Account Detail section.
On the Justification & Rules tab, you can select a Justification Type and add additional context in Justification Details.
Note: If a Rule requires justification to be overridden, the Justification & Rules tab is where you will add this information.
Keep it collaborative! On the Comments tab, you can leave and review comments left by others. You can also Reply directly to someone's comment. If you are the owner of the comment, you can Edit and Delete it as necessary.
Have a file you need to add for additional information? On the Attachments tab, you can Add and Review Attachments added to an account.
Note: Comments and Attachments will be displayed on the Worksheet in the Additional Information section. Comments are for internal conversation.
Select the Previous Account and Next Account buttons to move between accounts listed. Once you are done utilizing the Account Form View simply select the X icon in the top left corner to close out the screen.
