In the Data Source section, non-numerical values can be entered for Bar Charts and Trending Charts. This can be useful if, for example, you want to make a chart displaying letter grades to indicate the performance of a particular individual, team, or measure.
From inside a Bar Chart or Trending Chart, navigate to the Data Source section and toggle Include Non-Numeric Values? On.
Then, enter your Value Scale and Chart Data. In the Value Scale, you can create multiple values ranging from Low to High Value. Then, in the Chart Data, you can expand upon each of the values by adding categories and customizing the colors of each value.
Note: Changing the chart to include non-numeric data will delete any data currently entered into the Data Source.
