Disable Public Printing of the Document

In the ClearPlans document within ClearDocs, users now have the ability to disable the option to create a PDF version of the document.  If a client would prefer only to have a web version available, that is now an option. Within the PDF Settings section of the document level settings, a user can now elect to “Disable Public Printing”.  Switching this toggle on will remove the option to create a PDF of that document when viewing the public web-view version.  This toggle can be turned on or off as needed.

Build Charts from Assets, Liabilities, and Equities Account Codes

Assets, Liabilities, and Equities Account Types are now available when building a Chart with ClearGov Financial Data. When creating a Chart, if you have chosen “ClearGov Financial Data” as the source, you will now see these new options during the Account Type Selection. 

To create the Chart, after choosing the Account Type, simply select the Chart Display information as well as any filters (if necessary) just like you would have before for Expenditures and Revenues. Click Generate Chart. You will now see the chart generated with the default settings in the “Preview” section. All available settings and formatting options remain the same as before.
