Date Picker Upgrades
The date fields have all been updated with a new set of features that expand beyond just the calendar option. Now, you can copy, paste, and make small manual changes to the date field right within the input box without having to resort to the calendar every time. The calendar option still works as expected, but now includes additional options to make it easier for date management. This applies to all the editable date fields across the entire Personnel Budgeting module.

History Option
Within the actions menu for any account or itemization on the Worksheet tab, a new option is available for “History.” This will provide a focused version of the audit trail based on that specific row and any of the changes that have taken place. The larger Audit Trail tab still houses all of the actions taken within the budget.
Statement Builder
New Statement Templates
Three new statement templates are available within the Statement Builder tool. These new statements are useful to organizations that prefer to show enterprise financials year over year.
- Statement of cash flows - Comparative Enterprise
- Statement of net position - Comparative Enterprise
- Statement of revenues, expenses, and changes in net position - Comparative Enterprise
The main difference between these statements lies in their default column setup. In the standard Enterprise Statement of Net Position, Statement of Revenues, Expenses, and Changes in Net Position, and Statement of Cash Flows, the columns represent individual Enterprise Funds along with a total column.
In the new Comparative Enterprise statements, the rows are configured the same way as in other Enterprise statements, but the columns instead show two years side by side for comparison. Additional columns can be added or removed in the Statement Settings.
