New Permission - Lock/Unlock

A new permission is now available specific to contributors that will either enable or disable the lock/unlock functionality for accounts and itemizations. By default, this permission is enabled for all contributors.

When this permission is turned off, the actions menu and bulk actions to lock and unlock are no longer available for that contributor. This will be especially helpful for admins that want to allow contributors to see specific accounts, but not make changes to them.

Progress Bar Enhancements

A "Budget Setup" step has been added to the progress bar. This step includes some fundamental actions to get the budget operational before initiating a request round. These actions consist of adding more people to the budget and checking that the available settings are configured correctly from the start.

Funding Package Enhancements

A column for department and division level information has been added to the Funding Package tab. This information will be displayed within the table data and when creating or editing a funding request for organizations that use a division category. The column will not be displayed if no division data is detected.

Report Enhancements

The column drawer within the standard and custom reports now includes all dimension data and saved versions. This expansion aligns the column drawer with the Worksheet tab's functionality.
