Statement Builder
Hide Rows
Financial statement rows can now be hidden, preventing them from appearing in published documents. This is useful when row values are $0 in the current year but may not be in future years. Hiding rows, unlike deleting them, preserves statement formatting and reduces future effort.
Note: Hidden rows with values are still included in financial calculations.
To hide a row, click the three-dot menu on the row, select "Change Styles", and then choose "Hidden" on the "Display Row" option.
