Updated Create Statement Screen

The Create Statement screen in Statement Builder has been updated to make it easier for users to find the right statement.

Users are taken to the Create screen when they click the Create New Statement button. The screen is divided into three sections: Statement Category, Statement Type, and Statement Preview. Users start by choosing the Statement Category, which lists the Statement Types that go with that category.  They are then shown a preview of the statement template, along with input boxes for Fiscal Year, Fiscal Version, and Statement Name, once they have selected a Statement Type.

The selection interface has been updated with this release, but no additional statements have been added to this screen.
