Transparency
New Admin Page Design and Updates to Navigation
The Transparency Admin main page has been redesigned to improve the layout and make the settings and functions easier to understand. The navigation to the settings for Projects, Peer Groups, and Dashboards has also been updated. These settings used to be sub-categories of Transparency in the left-hand navigation, but they are now accessible as cards on the main Transparency Admin page.
Digital Financial Reporting: ACFR Document
Enable or Disable Award Criteria
The ACFR document now includes a setting that allows users to control the visibility of the award criteria. Users can hide or show the award checklist by navigating to Settings -> Award Checklists. The award criteria will be displayed by default when creating a new ACFR document. Hiding the checklist will not erase any previously entered progress.
ClearForms
Scheduled Exports
The bulk export form now allows you to schedule monthly exports to a specific location. Toggle on "Schedule Export" and select your preferred day of the month for the export to run automatically each month.
Additionally, the "Limit Export by Months Prior" toggle restricts the export to only include submissions created or completed since the last export. Using both toggles ensures that the export contains only relevant monthly updates.
Applications
Statement Builder
Edit Statement Name
Users can now update the name of a financial statement from the Statement Builder home page. Click the three-dot icon for the correct row to change the statement name. Next, select Edit Statement Name and input the new name.
Choose Existing Dynamic Figure
With this release, we have made it easier to find dynamic figures to link statements together. Within ClearDocs narratives and Financial Statements, users can select an existing dynamic figure which removes the need to duplicate the mapping exercise of creating a dynamic figure from scratch.
From within the Dynamic Figures screen, select the Existing Dynamic Figures option in the list on the left of the screen. This will display a table of previously created dynamic figures. To more quickly find the correct figure from a different statement or document, users can search, sort, filter, and group to organize the list. For example, users can group the year, the statement name, statement row, and statement column to pinpoint their search.
