New Permission - Submit Own Requests

The Collaborators tab now has a new permission for contributors called "Submit Own Requests." Editors can use this permission to decide which contributors have the ability to submit their own requests. This allows for a customizable approval process when used with the "Submit Team Requests" permission. For example, only the department head could be permitted to submit requests for finance review. This new permission is enabled by default for all contributors in a given capital budget.

When turned off for a given contributor, they will not be able to submit any requests where they are the request owner. As well, there is conditional logic in place in combination with the “Submit Team Requests” permission as follows:

• When the “Submit Team Request” permission is enabled, the “Submit Own Requests” is enabled by default and cannot be removed
• When the “Submit Own Requests” permission is disabled, the “Submit Team Requests” is also disabled and cannot be turned on
