Do they have the exact same salary and step schedule?
If so, then put both employees under the same job title.
If they have different salaries, you can either create two positions with different names or put the two jobs in different wage schedules.

If their Account IDs are completely different, you should separate the two jobs to make selecting the Account IDs easier in the Allocations tab.
