Operational Budgeting 

Justification Type & Details in Detailed Reports

You can now add Justification Types and Justification Details as columns in an Account Detail Report and group the report by Justification Type. This makes it easier to report on how your budget supports your strategic goals.

1. Open or create an Account Detail Report in Operational Budgeting.
2. In the column picker, expand “Additional Info” and select “Justification Types” and/or “Justification Details.”
3. To group the report, drag “Justification Type” to the grouping area. (“Justification Details/Notes” cannot be used as a grouping field.)

Disclosure Studio 

PDF Generation Splitting 

You can now generate smaller, targeted sections of a Disclosure Studio PDF by selecting a page range, making it easier to review, share, and export only the content you need. This update helps teams work more efficiently when handling large reports and supports faster collaboration during the review process.

Report Sections Workflow Dashboard with Bulk Updates

Introducing a new workflow dashboard for report sections that gives users a centralized view of section status, next steps, and assigned workflows in one place. Teams can review progress faster, take action more efficiently, and apply bulk workflow updates across sections to streamline report preparation.

Charts – Rollover Rule Support 

You can now apply rollover rules when you create a chart, so chart data shifts forward automatically for each new reporting period. Instead of moving values by hand every month or year, you set the rule once, and the chart carries data forward on its own for future periods.

Jspreadsheet – Formula Autocomplete 

When you start typing a formula in Jspreadsheet, you now see suggestions for formula names and syntax as you go. You no longer need to recall exact formula names from memory. The suggestions speed up table setup and reduce syntax errors.
