Update Progress Tracker with Funding Packages
The Progress Tracker now includes Funding Package activity alongside your base-budget requests. Previously, funding package work was not reflected in the tracker, making it difficult to monitor completion across contributors and teams.
With this update, editors can view Funding Package progress for each contributor and team within the same Progress Tracker used for base-budget requests. Contributors who do not have submit permissions can also mark their funding package work as complete, improving visibility and helping teams know when a request round is ready to close.
- Open your Operating Budget and start (or open) a Request Round that includes Funding Packages.
- As a contributor, once you've entered your funding-package requests, select “I'm finished with my budget updates” when your work is complete.
- As an editor, select the Progress Tracker bar in the upper-right corner; the Funding Package completion status is displayed alongside base-budget request progress for each contributor and team.

Landscape vs Portrait Mode
You can now set individual pages to landscape orientation, or apply it across your entire report, so wide tables and charts aren't split across pages anymore. All pages default to portrait. Switch a page, or the full document, wherever you need the extra width. Your cover page stays in portrait no matter what, so your title page always looks intentional.
Single page:
- Open that page's settings panel.
- Select Landscape under orientation.
- Only that page changes. Everything else stays as set.
Entire document:
- Go to Global Settings.
- Set orientation to Landscape.
- Every page switches except the cover page, which stays portrait.
Disclosure Studio
Document Management within Disclosure Studio
Disclosure Studio now includes Document Management, a place to upload and store supporting files (spreadsheets, backup schedules, prior reports, narrative drafts, and more) directly alongside your disclosure reports. Organize files into folders and subfolders, rename them, and replace outdated versions right in your report workspace, so your team isn't hunting through shared drives or email threads to find what they need.
This feature requires ClearGov Admin to turn it on for your account. Contact your Customer Support representative to request access.
Once enabled:
- Open Disclosure Studio and select Documents from the left navigation.
- Upload supporting files (Excel, PDF, Word, and more).
- Organize files into folders and subfolders as needed.
- Rename, download, or replace files directly from the list as your reports evolve.
