Enhanced Vacant Position Imports
Vacant Position imports in Personnel Budgeting now support additional fields, including proposed start and end dates, budget classifications, additional pay, and benefits. Previously, these details had to be entered manually for each vacancy after importing.
With this update, more vacancy information can be configured through a single upload, reducing manual adjustments and making it easier to set up vacant positions.
To import vacant positions with additional details:
- Open your Personnel Budget and navigate to “Positions” > “Vacant Positions” > “Import.”
- Update the template with the applicable dates, classifications, additional pay, and benefits.
- Upload the completed template to import your vacant position data.
Expanded Wage Schedule Imports
Wage Schedule imports in Personnel Budgeting now support budget classifications and dimensions for each job. Previously, these details had to be entered manually for individual jobs after uploading a wage schedule.
With this update, you can include classification codes or descriptions directly in the upload, reducing manual adjustments and simplifying wage schedule setup. Any unconfigured values are flagged before import to help identify information that needs attention.
To include budget classifications and dimensions in a Wage Schedule import:
- Go to “Data Model Manager” > “Wage Schedule” and select a Wage Schedule.
- Select “Bulk Upload” and download the new template.
- Update the template with the applicable budget classifications and dimensions.
- Upload the completed template to import your wage schedule data.

Funding Package Work Completion Tracking
Contributors working on Funding Packages can now mark their work as complete, even if they do not have permission to submit the package. Previously, these Contributors had no way to indicate they were finished, requiring Editors to manually track their progress.
With the new “Mark Work As Done” option, Contributors can signal when they have finished adding or updating funding requests. This helps teams coordinate their work while giving Editors greater visibility into completion status through the Progress Tracker.
To track work completion within a Funding Package team:
- Create a team within Funding Packages.
- Add Contributors to the team and designate one team member as the Submitter.
- Contributors without the Submitter role can select “Mark Work As Done” when they have finished their work.
- Editors can monitor team progress by navigating to “Progress Tracker” > “Funding Packages.”
Enhanced Funding Package Exports
Funding Package exports in Operational Budgeting now provide more detailed information for easier review and analysis. Previously, reviewing line items across multiple packages and accessing complete justification details required additional manual work.
Excel exports now include a populated “Summary” tab and a new “Line Items” tab that consolidates revenue, expense, and personnel data into one table. PDF exports also include justification types and details, group and overall totals, and indicators for one-time costs.
To export detailed Funding Package information:
- Open the “Funding Packages” page in Operational Budgeting.
- Select the applicable Funding Package.
- Select “Export” and choose Excel or PDF to download the report.
Disclosure Studio
Disclosure Studio updates apply to all modules on Disclosure Studio unless otherwise specified.
Generate PDF: Specific Sections Selection
Generate PDF now includes a Specific Sections option, so you can pick exactly the sections you need instead of printing the whole report or a contiguous range. Search the section list, check the sections to include, and see how many sections and pages will be in the output before you generate.
The PDF contains only the sections you selected, in report order [and with the report’s original page numbering, pending your confirmation], so you can produce a council packet or auditor draft directly from Disclosure Studio without editing it in another tool. Your existing section permissions continue to apply.
To select the section and generate your PDF:
- In your report, open Generate PDF.
- Under PDF Generation Options, choose Specific Sections.
- Use the search box to find sections and check the ones to include. Select All and Clear act only on the sections currently shown, and selections hidden by your search are kept.
- Review the counter (sections and pages in output) and click Generate PDF.
Financial Engagement
Downloadable Revenues & Expenditures Data
Residents can now easily download the data behind your Revenues & Expenditures chart to explore the numbers in more detail. They can choose to download the data shown in the chart or all available data and receive an Excel file by email. Downloads are off by default, giving you control over which widgets offer this option.
To configure and download Revenues and Expenditures data:
- In the site editor, open the Revenues & Expenditures widget's settings (Configure Expenditures & Revenues).
- Under Download settings, check "Enable Download Button", then save and publish the page.
- On the live site, residents select "Download Financials", choose "Filtered data only" or "All Available Data", enter their email, and select Download.
Audience Reach Visitor Metrics Refresh
Your Audience Reach page now shows when your visitor numbers were last updated, so you can feel confident knowing how current your data is before sharing it with others. If Google Analytics is temporarily unavailable, you’ll still see your last saved numbers along with a note letting you know they may be outdated. Visitor numbers refresh automatically at least once every 24 hours.
To view your site visitor numbers:
Navigate to Analytics → Audience Reach to see the last updated time displayed alongside Total Visitors.
