This guide provides instructions for report editors on how to manage the appearance and placement of charts within a report section.
Manage a Chart in a Report Section Walkthrough
Select Next to move through the guide. You can also zoom in and out of the image by selecting the Magnifying Glass in the bottom right-hand corner. You can view the full guide by selecting the External Link icon.
Key Actions to Know
- To manage a chart on a page, click within the Chart block.
- While the default is centered, select left aligned or right aligned to change the chart's alignment on the page.
- Select a text wrapping option as needed. Choose between Wrap Text Around Chart and Break Text Around Chart.
- While defaulted to Medium, change the size of the chart on the page to either Very Small, Small or Large.
- Click Alt to add Alt Text for accessibility.
- To ensure a screen reader captures the chart, add a description of the data being visualized and any key insights readers should understand.
- Note: You can add up to 255 characters.
- Click Save when ready to confirm.

Don't forget to click Refresh when you're ready to preview your chart on the page and Edit Chart within the Chart Content Block if you need to make changes to the chart itself.
