Personnel Budgeting
Export Wage Schedules
Wage Schedules can now be exported to Excel via the “Export” button located above each Wage Schedule’s table.
Custom Table Grouping Support in Scenarios
Users can now customize how each Scenario’s table is grouped by dragging and dropping any column into the grouping section above the table’s column headers.
Users can also remove a column from the grouping section by clicking the “X” to the right of the column’s name.
Merit Employee “Next Step” Now Becomes “Current Step” When Carrying a Budget Forward
When carrying a budget forward, all merit employees that have their “Next Step” set will now have that value become their “Current Step” in the new budget.
For example, if merit employee Jane Smith has a Next Step set to “Mid” in FY24, and that budget is carried forward to FY25, then in FY25 Jane Smith’s Current Step will now be “Mid”. As a result, the employee will not have a Next Step value in FY25, however this can be set once again if desired.
Please note tenure employees are not affected by this feature enhancement. The old budget is also not affected in any way during carry forward; only the new budget is affected.
Charts Application
Axis Labels
Users can now label the X and Y axis for Trending and Bar Charts. Below the “Size” setting on the left-hand side, there is now the Axis Labels section. The user can simply enter any preferred text and it will display as a label for that axis in the preview on the right (and in any display externally).
In addition, if your chart uses Data Point labels, these will still function as before and display the numeric values on the Chart. However, the Y Axis label will now work together with that data point label and display with format: Label (Data Point). See below for a reference.
