Financial Panel Updates

Each of the five financial panels within Capital Requests have had their available accounts IDs updated. Instead of offering all Account IDs to all panel types. Certain Account Types will be limited to match certain financial panel types. These are as follows:

• Capital Costs - Expenses Only
• Funding Sources - Revenues Only
• Operating Costs - Expenses Only
• Cost Savings - Revenues Only
• Operating Revenue - Revenues Only

Any existing accounts that have already been allocated which don’t match up with these adjustments have not been changed.

ClearPlans

Updated Home Page with Plan Type Settings

To better allow for customization per Plan Type, updates were made to the ClearPlans Home Page. These updates include moving the page itself to be card-style to represent each designated plan type as well as settings to indicate default values for each type.

Clicking the “Settings” button on a given card opens the Plan Type Settings where you can set the default values for Framework terminology, Check-In Settings, and Status Terms. When a plan is created for that Plan Type, it will be created with these default values.

Charts

Non-Numeric Charts

Bar Charts and Trending Charts now support non-numeric values. For these types, when you have chosen to build it with a custom data source, you will now see a “Non-Numeric Values?” toggle in the Data Source section.

When this is toggled on, a new Value Scale table is shown allowing you to designate what values exist for this chart and how they relate to each other from low value to high value. Simply select the button “Add Value(s)”, choose the number you want to add, and then fill in the values from low to high (left to right) to set the scale. For example, if the scale is a grading scale where A is the high grade and F is the low scale, you would need 5 values ordered in this way: F, D, C, B, A. A maximum of 15 values is allowed.

Once the values are defined they can be selected in the existing Chart Data table to designate what values there are for a given category.
