Custom Start Month & Budget Length Per-Budget
The Start Month and Budget Length can now be customized on a per-budget basis. This is helpful if your fiscal year changes for future budgets, but you don’t want that change to affect your historical budgets.
In addition, budgets can now have a custom length (in months) between 1 and 12-months. This is helpful if you need one short budget (ex. 6-months) when transitioning to a new fiscal year range.
For example:
- Old FY: Aug → Jul (12-months)
- Transition FY: Aug → Dec (6-months)
- New FY: Jan → Dec (12-months)

Configuration of Client Display Name in ClearDocs
With this release users now have the ability to customize the display of their organization name on the public web view of their created ClearPlans documents. The display name will automatically show on the web version based on what was configured on the platform, but users can now update that or hide it entirely if they need to. Updating this configuration will only update the display on the public web view and can be configured differently on each document by navigating to the Public Website Presentation section of the document settings.

Archive Budgets
As an improvement on the existing delete budget workflow, a new part of that process is available with this release. Similar to Operational Budgeting, an entire budget will need to be archived first in order to make the delete option available. As well, the card view has been removed and now the list view is the default for everyone to better work with the new archive process.
Archiving a budget will restrict all access into that budget for all Collaborators and place the budget in the “Archived” tab on the budget selection screen. Editors will be able to restore an archived budget which will allow for access once again. The other option is to delete an archived budget and this functionality is a permanent action that cannot be undone.

Collaborators
You can now limit who is able to edit specific Charts with the new Collaborators. Simply, select the “Collaborators” button in the Actions menu of the Charts home page or the Actions bar in the Chart itself. Once the activity opens, toggle users on or off as Collaborators on the Chart. If someone is toggled on then it means they can edit the Chart as they always were able to do. If they are toggled off then they are no longer able to edit it, although they can still preview the chart and see it in the table. By default, all users are included as a Collaborator on the Chart.
Here is how it looks for a user who is not a Collaborator on a chart. The link to open the Chart for editing is removed, and they see limited actions for the Chart
