Departments on Plan Items
You can now attach Departments to Plan Items, offering the ability to indicate which ones are responsible for managing and executing that part of the plan. If you are able to edit the Plan Item, you will see a pencil next to the field. Simply click the field to enter the editing mode and select the Departments you’d like to attach to that Plan Item. This is available for all 3 levels.
Insert Saved Dynamic Figures
In ClearDocs, every time a dynamic figure is created it is being saved. If a user wants to reuse a previously created dynamic figure anywhere else in their document, they will now have the ability to do so. This will save users time in not having to recreate the same dynamic figure over and over again in different places. In the dynamic figures modal there is now an option to select “Existing Dynamic Figures”. When the user selects this option they will be presented with a table view of all of the figures they had previously created. The user can add columns to get more information about each figure that was created as well as switch between account-based and manually created figures. The user can also click the actions option to expose a tray that will display more information to the user about what parameters make up that dynamic figure value.

Coordinates Report
Within the Report Builder tab, a new report is available specific to the location coordinate data associated with any capital request/project. If a shape has been created within the given request, each of those coordinate points will be displayed and associated with the same request name.
Reset View
On the Request Manager tab, a new “Reset View” button is available that will clear out any sorting, grouping, and/or filters that are in place for the requests table. To highlight that a filter has been applied to the table, a small blue bubble will appear with the number of filters currently in place.
