Flat Dollar Amount Permanent Adjustments in Scenarios

Permanent wage adjustments in Scenarios can now be performed by flat dollar amounts, in addition to the existing “by percentage” functionality. You will now see the new Dollar Amount field to the left of the existing percentage field in the Permanent Adjustment column group.

New Fiscal Year Range on Plans

While creating a plan or updating one via Plan Settings, you will now see new fields for Start Year and End Year. This allows users to more easily indicate when a plan is meant to be executed over a range of years. It also separates the concept of the Plan’s timeline from the current Budget year. To indicate the plan’s timeline, simply select the Start and End Years for the plan while creating or editing. If the plan is meant to be executed in a single year, then indicate that by selecting the Start Year and leaving the End Year blank.

Note: the Budget Year field has been moved to Budget Settings in the Budget Allocations tab with this change

Most Recent Review Approval’s Comments Mapped to Output Documents

The most recent approval comment for a review group can now be mapped to Output Document PDFs. To do so, simply select this new, mappable field (as pictured below) when managing a form’s custom Output Document PDF mappings.

“Issued At Date” and “Output Expire At” Fields Added to Summary Documents

Two new fields are now included in the Summary Document PDF that applicants can download after their permit/license is issued:

• Output Issued Date
• Output Expiration/Expired Date

New Vertical Bar Chart Option

When creating and editing a Bar Chart, you will see a new Vertical option in the Chart Style setting. This option allows the user to rotate the existing Bar Chart (where horizontal was the only option) 90 degrees and view the data vertically.
