One-Time Frequency for the “Milestone - Flat Amount Per Time Period” Calculation Model

A new Frequency option has been added to the “Milestone - Flat Amount Per Time Period” calculation model. This new “One-Time” option allows for a flat dollar amount to be granted to an employee one-time based on a time-based milestone. For example, a one-time $5,000 bonus after 5-years of employment.

NACo Strategic Planning Award Checklist

When formatting the Strategic Planning document in ClearDocs, if your organization is a county, you will now see the NACo Award Checklist button at the top of the screen. This allows you to track your steps toward completing all the award criteria and expectations.

Clicking this will open the checklist with details about what the award is, as well as individual criteria listed in the award submission form. Simply check the box to indicate the task is complete, and the progress automatically calculates toward completion.

Hide Columns in Custom Charts

In charts built from custom data, you can now hide columns in the data table from displaying in the chart. This is useful for any data you’d like to maintain over time but not necessarily display. To do so, simply click the 3-line icon on the column, and select “Hide Column”. The data will be grayed out to indicate the state, and the data will be removed from the chart.
