Digital Budget Book on ClearDocs
Clone a Budget Book
With this release, users now have the ability to clone a budget book document on ClearDocs. From the list view of saved documents on the home page, the user can click the more actions option and select “Clone”. The user must enter a name for the new document and can elect to clone the page statuses or have the new document created with all pages in an “In Progress” state. Upon submission a new document will be created with the same data and content as the original.
Capital Request Grouping Page Controls
With this release users now have the ability to control the display of Capital Request Groupings pages. These pages summarize requests by department or project, consisting of a chart and table view of the requests. If the user does not want to display the chart or table on these pages, they can now navigate to the document settings and hide the chart or table across all request grouping pages.
Configuration of Client Display Name
With this release users now have the ability to customize the display of their organization name on the public web view of their created documents. The display name will automatically show on the web version based on what was configured on the platform, but users can now update that or hide it entirely if they need to. Updating this configuration will only update the display on the public web view and can be configured differently on each document by navigating to the Public Website Presentation section of the document settings.
Display of subtotals in Financial Schedule Configuration
With this release users now have the ability to configure subtotal information within system generated financial schedules on financial pages. If the user clicks “Configure” within a financial schedule, or configures from the document settings controls, they will have the option to show account details. When that option is enabled there will be more rows added to the table within each category of the table. The table will automatically add subtotals for each category, but a user can simply toggle on the option to Hide Subtotal Rows if they do not want to display the subtotal rows within the financial schedule.
