Allow Both GFOA and ASBO Award Checklists in the Same Document

For any clients wanting to submit their Budget Books for both GFOA and ASBO budget awards, you will now be able to track progress towards award criteria within the same document. Like before, when a user creates a budget book from a template they will have the award checklist criteria default to the specific template chosen. With this release, you will now see a section within document settings of “Award Criteria” where the user can enable both the GFOA and ASBO award criteria within the same document. The user can also turn off both awards if they do not wish to see either.  Any progress saved prior to turning the award off will be maintained so if a user were to re-enable the checklist their progress will be maintained.
