Display Itemization in Financial Schedules

With this release, users will now be able to display itemizations within the financial schedules of their budget book.  From within the configuration modal on each financial schedule, the user can enable showing Accounts and then select which itemization types they would like to show.  The options will display if the user has itemizations of a particular type saved for any year of data.  They can then elect to show all itemizations or specific types.  Personnel itemizations correspond to ones imported into the Operating Budget from the Personnel Budgeting application.  Capital itemizations correspond to itemizations imported into the Operating Budget from the Capital Budgeting application.  Manually created itemizations are those which are added directly in the Operating Budget.  If the client does not have itemizations of that type, then the options will not display.  Once enabled, those rows will appear in the financial schedule tables. Itemizations are currently only available if the client has the Operational Budgeting module, so if the document is only using onboarded data then itemizations will not be available.
