Before You Begin...
Check the Status of Requests
Stay in the know of where requests stand within the request round process. Submitted new requests and any previous requests that are Pending Resubmission will appear within the Request Manager. For those who have yet to submit, you can see their progress on the Collaborators tab under the Status column.
Note: If additional time is needed, you can reset the due date of requests within the General Information Settings of the Capital Budget.
Pro-Tip: Add yourself as a Contributor to every Team so you can assist in managing the Request Round.

Add Reviewers as Needed
You may have additional people who are apart of the decision making process, but do not need Editor access. You can set up Reviewers to give them access to see requests and budgeting information to help them contribute to the conversation.
Pro-Tip: If you would prefer they have a formal presentation instead, consider creating a CIP document to review before or during the decision making process.

Step 3: Compare and Finalize a Scenario
Creating multiple scenarios let's you find the optimal combination of capital requests for your budget. You can even Clone a Scenario you like but want to make adjustments to.
Save Versions within a Scenario to inform your contributors of their current status as you are planning.
Once you are confident in a scenario, Finalize a Scenario to push through all of the adjustments and decisions you’ve made and inform your contributors to their Funding Status.
